This study aims to analyze the technical and operational aspects of this business to identify the factors that influence its success and operational efficiency. A qualitative and quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collection methods including direct observation, interviews with owners and employees, and analysis of operational documents.The results of the study show that technical aspects such as location selection, angkringan layout, and cooking equipment significantly affect operational smoothness. Additionally, operational management, including work schedule arrangements, raw material management, and customer service, plays an important role in maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. The main challenges faced are fluctuations in raw material availability and food waste management. This research uses quantitative research methods. The analytical tool used for this financial aspect uses Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) analysis, to determine whether a business is feasible or not. The results of the analysis from the financial aspect show that this Tofu and Tempe Business is said to be feasible with a project life of 10 years at a discount rate of 10%. Utilizing semistructured in-depth interviews, this research explores the subjective experiences of Chinese individuals in the context of political participation. Participants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, comprising individuals aged 18 and above who have resided in Jakarta for at least 5 years and are actively involved in political activities. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes emerging from the participants' experiences. The findings reveal that political communication participation among the Chinese ethnic community is influenced by social, cultural, and historical factors and faces various challenges related to stereotypes and discrimination. This research used a non-probability sampling method (saturated sample) and was conducted in January 2024. These findings show that healthy exercise can effectively reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The study also revealed that women are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure than men, especially postmenopausal. Factors such as age, education, and occupation (eg civil servant) also influence the risk of hypertension. The research highlights the benefits of exercise in managing hypertension, including improving physical and mental health, reducing stress, and slowing the aging process. This research provides valuable insight for the community and becomes a reference for further research in the field of nursing and hypertension management. The population in this study consisted of 33 hypertensive patients consisting of 13 men and 20 women who were members of the Gymnastics Group in Rowokangkung District. The sample includes the entire population of 33 people, because this research uses a non-probability sampling method (saturated sample). In the modern era, Islamic boarding schools face both challenges and opportunities in fostering entrepreneurship, especially amidst digital disruption that is transforming business systems and models. This study examines how Islamic boarding schools, particularly in Sumenep Regency, can develop santri entrepreneurial independence by utilizing technology and innovative entrepreneurial approaches. Through a curriculum that integrates religious and general education, as well as practical skills training, pesantren strive to equip santri to face challenges in society. Empowering santri in the field of entrepreneurship is crucial in creating a generation that is not only strong in religious understanding but also equipped with relevant skills. This study finds that the success of entrepreneurial independence in Islamic boarding schools largely depends on smart strategies that involve leveraging available resources and collaborating with alumni. Obtained from Pamekasan District https://interdisiplin.my.id/index.php/i/article/view/62 <p>Red onion skin (Allium cepa L.) is a type of household waste that is rarely used by the public. Based on previous research, shallot skin contains flavonoid compounds which have the potential to act as antioxidants. This study aims to determine the concentration of shallot skin extract that is able to inhibit 50% of DPPH absorbance. This research uses an experimental type of research. The onion skin was extracted, photochemical screening was carried out, and the anti-free radical IC<sub>50</sub> was determined. The yield of onion skin extract obtained was 5.21%. Based on this research, it is known that red onion skin extract contains polyphenols, flavonoids, saponins. The results of the antioxidant activity test for onion skin extract can be seen from the IC<sub>50</sub> value, which is 29.9 ppm, while the IC<sub>50</sub> for asam askorbat is 14.9 ppm. The IC<sub>50</sub> value of the onion skin extract obtained is included in the group of very strong antioxidants.</p> Moh. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this study is the Laskar Pelangi drama script by Hanum Kanthi Pramesthi. The aspects observed are the forms of deixis contained in the drama script and its analysis. The data source for this study is the drama script itself. Data collection in this study was carried out using several techniques including observation techniques, reading techniques and note-taking/writing techniques. The research time was carried out flexibly. The results of this study contained 164 deixis. This article explains how pragmatics can help us understand the deeper meaning of spoken words by considering connotations, presuppositions, and social context. A better understanding of pragmatics allows individuals to communicate more effectively and understand hidden messages in conversations. There are people who think that the quality of patented medicines with more expensive prices has good quality compared to generic medicines. So this research aims to determine public knowledge about patent medicines and generic medicines in Tapaan Banyuates Village, Sampang Regency. The type of research used is non-experimental research using a survey method with a quantitative analysis design and data collection methods in the form of questionnaires Each question item has a p-value &lt;0.05. This means that the statements in the questionnaire can be used as a measuring tool for what will be measured, and a Cronbach alpha value of 0.8 means the questionnaire is reliable. Non-probability sampling data collection techniques, namely sampling based on certain considerations or criteria. The respondents used in this research were the Tapaan Banyuates Sampang village community aged &gt; 18 years, both male and female, totaling 96 respondents. Data is presented in the form of tables, bar charts, and accompanied by discussion.
