Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of green financing, green fintech, and green investment to the loyalty of banking customers, by placing top management support as a moderation variable. Using  the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study examines various international scientific articles published in 2020–2026 through the stages of identification, screening, inclusion selection, and narrative synthesis analysis. The results of the research show that green financing, technology, and investment have a positive effect on binding customer loyalty because it is effective in boosting the bank's image, trust, and commitment to environmental sustainability. Specifically, green financing builds a reputation through funding environmentally friendly projects, green fintech optimizes consumer experience through efficient digital services, and green investment strengthens the allure of banks in the eyes of investors and the public. Furthermore, top management involvement is proving crucial in strengthening the execution of this strategy through policy legitimacy, resource allocation, and the formation of a sustainable organizational culture. As a result, success in maintaining long-term customer loyalty does not only rely on the adoption of green innovations, but also depends on how strong the commitment shown by the company's top leadership is strong
